Building a home is a huge undertaking. You shouldn't have to feel overwhelmed. Here is how we guide you through every stage of the process so you won't be:
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a conversation.
You can call, email, or fill out our form online; and however you reach out to us, we'll want to have a long conversation to learn about you. We will ask about: Your goals, Your budget, Your timeline, whether or not you already own land, whether or not you already have house plans, etc. We listen to get the big picture and help you know what to do next.
After our first conversation, if you are ready to move on to the next step, we charge for estimate and design work by the square footage of your new home to be built.
Discovery & Planning
These in-depth meetings lay the foundation for everything that follows.
We’ll clarify:
- Home size and layout requirements
- Must-have features vs. nice-to-have features
- Architectural style and exterior aesthetic
- Energy efficiency and performance priorities
- Budget parameters and financing considerations
This stage ensures your home is designed around your lifestyle — not just square footage.
Concept Design
Now your vision becomes tangible.
Our team develops:
- A personalized floor plan
- 3D exterior renderings
- A preliminary cost estimate
This collaborative phase aligns design intent with financial reality before you commit to detailed engineering. Transparency here prevents surprises later.
Pre-Construction Development
With your concept approved, the next step is technical preparation. Including:
- Engineering and structural design
- Soil testing and foundation design
- Energy compliance documentation
- Selections and finish consultations
- Permit and approval preparation
- Detailed construction drawings
- Build schedule creation
By the end of this phase, every critical component of your home is defined and documented.
Official-Price Contract
Now we make it official.
You receive a fixed price contract. It clearly shows: The total cost, what is included (and what is not) in your home build, how we work together moving forward, and how changes to the plan are handled once the contract is signed.
There are no hidden costs.
Building YOUR Home
This is where your vision becomes reality.
Our team manages the build including:
- Site preparation and foundation
- Framing and structural assembly
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
- Insulation and energy systems
- Interior and exterior finishes
- Regularly scheduled Inspections at specific benchmarks along the way
We keep you updated with weekly texts, phone calls and emails so you always know what is happening.
Welcome Home!
Before you receive the keys, we conduct a detailed quality inspection and final walk-through.
You’ll receive:
- A homeowners manual
- Applicable warranty documentation
- Appliance manuals
- Maintenance guidelines
- Final compliance certificates
Support AFTER You Move-In
We are still here for you!If something needs to be fixed from the original build, we will help.
If you want upgrades, changes, or remodel work later, we can help with that too.
You shouldn't have to feel like you have outgrown your home, and as long as you give us a call when you want to look at making a change, you won't have to.
